1.2 does not help.The only fix for me atm is unplug it and plug it back into the usb port.I tried everything on the web to resolve this issue and their is nothing to fix it.Unless Microsoft comes out with a new driver update.Or some how intel updates

The problem with the Microsoft xbox 360 wireless adapter+control for me atm is dealing with the wireless adapter.What happens is i believe is has something to do with power saving options.Once the adapter gets suspended it will not turn back on.The driverĪnd device becomes a unknown usb device once power saving kicks in, and theirs no way to update the driver in that state cause the driver that was used previously becomes unknown and selecting it on your own won't work either error code 43.Newest driver Is the receiver my problem? Or is it possible that something is interfering with it? Im hoping someone else has had this problem and found a solution. It kind of makes me think the receiver itself doesnt want to stay connected to the computer. I have noted that while the device manager is displayed on the screen, it will sort of blink whenever the controller disconnectsĪnd reconnects. I've tried other controllers, and i've tried plugging the receiver into other usb ports but there is no difference. However, after a few minutes of playing a game or even just letting the controller sit there with my computer on the desktop, it will disconnect and try to reconnect. My controller connects to the receiver just fine. I installed the driver as i was supposed to according to other sites (the driver it comes with is crap and didnt work) and I have the wireless receiver for windows that allows your wireless xbox 360 controller to connect to the computer.
